Two lucky people will get the chance to appear on television in a new commercial for one of the Midland's biggest furniture retailers. Auditions will be held at Cousins Furniture's Tyseley store this weekend to coincide with the anniversary of its opening. The search is to find two people to sit on a sofa in the new TV campaign that will air towards the end of the year. The winners will not only be filmed for the commercial but can enjoy being pampered on a two-day spa break at Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire. Cousin's managing director Robert Shotton said: "We're delighted to be able to offer people the opportunity to take part and I'm confident that we are going to find a great couple to star. The auditions are bound to be fun, the filming should be exciting and the when the adverts run over the New Year, it's going to be a surprise for anyone who knows them! We were inspired by our customers - real people will be as good, if not better than the lifestyle models we usually hire in for our adverts. Anyone interested needs to turn up with a friend or partner and pose for a photo between 12pm and 3pm at the Warwick Road store on Saturday, before filling out some details.
